Since 1967, DMS Facility Services has been operating within the national real estate community. From inception through current day, our firm has experienced steady growth, an expanded footprint and greater depth in services through strategic service and client targeting. Our growth has been supported by a strong portfolio of legacy clients, enhanced through new members of the DMS client family and refined by alignment of core competencies.

DMS has maintained this growth through direct, personalized attention and responsive DMS leadership. As one of the largest privately-owned commercial and facility maintenance firms in the country, growth has been driven by leadership in each market we serve.
Currently DMS operates strategically located Divisional Offices throughout the Western United States. Amplifying the service footprint of the firm, DMS Facility Services is a founding member of the National Service Alliance (NSA). This service partner community enables DMS to operate in all major business markets in the United States, supporting any regional or national procurement effort.

DMS serves hundreds of valued clients, in addition to maintaining over 95 million square feet daily. The DMS Corporate Office is located in South Pasadena, California. We have successfully kept pace with our rapid growth by recruiting professional management and staff to coordinate the employee workforce that numbers in the thousands. DMS possesses a management team that rivals any as the strongest and most experienced in the industry.

Our service lines are comprised of janitorial services, facility engineering, landscape installation and maintenance, general/light maintenance, window cleaning and metal restoration, labor management and payroll services. Our vision is to provide our customers with both single and/or bundled service solutions. Our client base consists of multi-tenant office buildings and corporate campus facilities, as well as Medical Office Buildings (professional), Manufacturing, Bio-Pharmaceutical facilities, Education (K-12 and University), Entertainment, Communication, Municipality/Government facilities and Financial institutions.
