During weekly meetings between the supplier and on-site manager, training topics are reviewed and scheduled for DMS training sessions once a month.
The training program can consist of formal and informal shop or classroom sessions, written instructions, audio visual aids and other methods, which adequately convey the required information. The primary consideration is whether the program adequately addresses the issue and whether employees are permitted ready access to required information, which they can understand to assure safety in the workplace.
Asignificant portion of our “value proposition” is based on the quality or our training program which is demonstrated daily in the consistent and professional approach DMS associates assert in all aspects of their daily work responsibilities. Our employees clearly understand what is expected of them, and how to ultimately perform their duties to the very best of their abilities.
