DMS Facility Services supports a wide range of training and management development programs for employees at all levels. Our training methodology is to customize employee career paths by establishing a balance between individual's desires and development needs and their division's mission. These objectives are promoted through the widespread use of a formal annual review process.
DMS Facility Services believes strongly in the recruitment and retention of the best employees from which to form our customer service teams. We invest significantly in employee training, thus endeavoring to develop leaders and promote from within our system.
DMS’s training program ensures that our staff are well-trained and are capable in retaining and ultimately applying training concepts associated with job function, performance expectations, safety, conduct & customer relations. Our process begins with the new employee orientation, training and certification and continues throughout the employee’s career with ongoing re-training and re-certification. Our training program is conducted weekly for all DMS Facility Services associates.
