DMS Facility Services utilizes a fully customized facility management platform designed by Northwrite Worksites. Northwrite developed several essential applications for the service industry, thus allowing DMS to “stand up” site specific, flexible solutions extremely rapidly. At the heart of this platform is our dynamic, web-based Work Order Management System. This system is an ASP model and requires no special software or hardware and can be used by any device that can access the internet.

The use of these tools allows our personnel to monitor their performance in real time. The system is built for service professionals and is intended to quickly give operations personnel the information they need to report to our clients, as well as upper management. A major portion of our QC efforts centers on data derived from this system. The reporting tools gives our QC people, whether on-site or remotely, the ability to break down the various elements of the services being provided and if necessary, drill to the source of a problem so that it may be remedied expediently and permanently.
